What is a Birthworker?
(Doula)
For generations, women have served as vessels between the spiritual and physical realms,
bringing new life into the world with strength, courage, and love.
Today this sacred tradition is carried on by a new generation of birthworkers, birth keepers, aunties, parteras, and doulas.

A DOULA (pronounced DOO-LUH)
is someone who has been trained professionally to be your advocate during the birthing process.
We provide emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological support for mamas to be.
We are also there to be your support before and after the birth of your baby.
