For families who are more serious about their rights and want a deeper understanding of state regulations and laws regarding childbirth, I offer an in-depth birth plan at no additional charge. This comprehensive plan will provide you with the knowledge and information needed to make informed decisions throughout the birthing process, empowering you to advocate for your rights and choices confidently.

Ongoing Connection:

I will be easily accessible and on call from week 38 to 41 as your due date approaches.

If necessary, we can explore alternative arrangements and a backup doula in the event that your pregnancy extends beyond that timeframe, as I may have other commitments.

Continuous physical and emotional support throughout active labor, ensuring your birth plan is respected. Assistance provided one hour after baby's birth to ensure proper latch and support for you and your spouse/partner.

In the initial 40 days after the ceremony, enjoy personalized postpartum care with FOUR 4-hour blocks, tailored to suit your specific needs. Stay connected through weekly phone calls, texts, and zoom/FaceTime sessions offering continuous support for you, baby, and even spouse.

• On call support and available from weeks 39 to 41 as your estimated due date approaches. Backup doula not provided (Conditions apply).

• Continuous support and guidance offered from beginning of ACTIVE LABOR, respecting and embracing the essence of your birth plan.

• Honoring your sacred space, my presence will be for one hour after birth, ensuring your comfort and newborn’s serenity.
